Learning and Performance Insitiute
We are actively involved with the Learning and Performance Institute to raise quality standards. Training Synergy is accredited by the Institute of IT Training, as an Institute-accredited Authorised Qualification & Assessment Centre, for its commitment to high quality and process improvement in the provision of IT training services.
Buying Solutions
Training Synergy are an official Buying Solutions supplier in the Professional Services category. Our inclusion on this framework means the OJEU procurement process, which takes several months, has already taken place.
BCS Approved Centre
Training Synergy is a British Compuer Society (BCS) Approved Centre, training people on STA Project, is accepted as evidence towards the Accredited Certificate for Tutors and Trainers (ACTT), equivalent to level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework.
Information Technology Qualification
e-skills UK, the Learning Skills Council and the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority have developed the vocational Information Technology Qualification (ITQ). As with ECDL, Training Synergy promotes the use of this within training projects – and is also working towards internal staff accreditations.
European Computer Driving Licence
Training Synergy encourages clients which are undertaking computer desktop training programmes to use the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) as a means of measuring the abilities of those who have been trained. Training Synergy is itself working towards companywide ECDL status within its staff.
ISO 9001:2000
Quality isn’t just an accreditation, a badge or an endorsement. To provide real excellence, quality needs to be as natural to an organisation as breathing air. Our training operation’s processes and procedures are all accredited to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
