Not that Training Synergy lacks such accreditations. For example, our training operation’s processes and procedures are all accredited to ISO 9001:2000 standards. We’re accredited by the Learning and Performance Institute as an external training provider. We’re an Investor in People. Quality assurance is fundamental to Training Synergy’s approach. Our quality ethic is built on our belief in partnership – one of the reasons we’re called Training Synergy is because of the extraordinarily close way in which we work with our clients. This close collaboration always ensures that our clients’ expectations are always met or exceeded – as part of our highly effective end-to-end service.
Training Synergy works with clients via a single point of contact, to ensure a high degree of understanding of both the clients’ training requirements and business needs. Behind that single point of contact is an experienced training team, responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of a training programme and ensuring quality service delivery by:
- managing Training Synergy’s relationship with the client.
- negotiating and agreeing the contractual requirements.
- attending client-review meetings.
- producing and reviewing management reports and performance statistics.
- managing the financial aspects of the programme.
- managing issue resolution.
- managing the training resource.
- ensuring the quality of training delivery.
- ensuring the contract meets or exceeds the defined service levels.
The training service which we provide is built around the defined structure of a standard training cycle and is based on competencies agreed with each client. In building a training solution we highlight the importance of creating a sustainable training programme and instil a process of continuous improvement – so that training remains relevant and responsive to changing business needs.
Training Synergy recognises that each training project is different, and that each client has specific business needs. Therefore our approach to evaluate the effectiveness of learning is tailored for each project. Training Synergy works closely with clients to design and develop an evaluation process that supports the client’s quality and measurable performance requirements.
