What does Training Synergy do?
We will run a local advertising campaign or contact people directly to communicate the opportunities available to people with transferable skills and the willingness to put themselves forward.
We will then consider responses, screen applicants through telephone interviews, assess basic skill sets and invite a shortlist to an open day.
With you, we will then interview, assess and select candidates for the programme.
We will provide an intensive FastTrack training programme to give candidates the relevant skills and knowledge for the roles that they will fulfil.
